1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by Fund89 Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Trading Challenge Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Trading Challenge purchases are generally non-refundable once the Challenge has been activated (when you have made your first trade). However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from participating in the Challenge, provided these issues cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
  • If you have not activated the Challenge (made no trades) and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

2.2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • After you have started trading in the Challenge account.
  • If you fail to meet the Challenge requirements or are disqualified due to rule violations.
  • If you change your mind about participating after the 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Technical issues on your end, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, hardware failures, or software incompatibilities.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@fund89.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Provide your account details, order number, and reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, particularly if you have partially used our services or if there were minor issues that did not completely prevent you from using the service.

5. Cancellation of Services

Fund89 reserves the right to cancel services and issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or payment.
  • Violation of our Terms of Use.
  • Technical or operational issues that prevent us from providing the service.

6. Currency of Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cryptocurrency value at the time of the refund, not at the time of the original purchase. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets, the value of the refund in fiat currency terms may differ from the original purchase amount.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
